Cynthia Menhorn

Cynthia Menhorn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Vice President at MCR Performance Solutions since June 2008, where leadership in the Rates and Regulatory Practice drives sustainable revenue growth through client and project acquisition. Prior to this role, Cynthia held multiple director positions at Allegheny Energy from September 1978 to June 2008, including Director of Energy Efficiency and Demand Response, where the development of corporate demand-side management strategies was a key responsibility, and Director of State Regulatory Affairs, managing regulatory relations and advocacy efforts.
