Sara Pond

Sara Pond currently serves as Vice President of Client Development at Marketing Communication Resource, Inc., a position held since October 2022. Prior to this, Sara held various roles at the Colorado School of Mines Foundation from July 2011 to September 2022, including Assistant Vice President of Pipeline Development, Senior Director of Annual Giving, and Director of Annual Giving. Earlier experience includes positions as Director of Annual Giving at Rockhurst University and Associate Director of Annual Giving at the Colorado School of Mines Foundation, as well as Development Associate at Outward Bound USA. Active in professional activities, Sara contributed to committees focused on faculty and staff giving, mentorship, and diversity initiatives at the Colorado School of Mines. Sara completed the Garrow Leadership Management Course and participated in Leadership Golden. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religion from Southwestern College.
