Alexa Arcuti is a seasoned professional in public relations with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at MCS Healthcare Public Relations since January 2023, Alexa has built a solid career starting as an Account Representative and progressing through to Account Executive. Prior experience includes positions at BCW Global as an Account Associate and intern, and earlier roles at Today's Business as an Affiliate/Influencer Marketing Intern, and as HBO Campus Brand Manager with Riddle & Bloom. Additional internships include Central Entertainment Group and a leadership role as Assistant New Member Educator at Kappa Kappa Gamma. Alexa also served as a Tinder Ambassador, promoting new features at Penn State University. Alexa holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication, along with a Minor in Italian Language and Literature from Penn State University.
