Russell Swart, MBA, has extensive experience in business development and leadership within the defense and technology sectors. Currently serving as CMO and Vice President of Business Development at MCSG Technologies since October 2016, Russell previously held key positions including Director of Defense and National Security Business Development at Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies and Director of Business Development at USfalcon and Teledyne CollaborX, Inc. Russell's career in the U.S. Air Force spanned two decades, concluding in 2009. Academically, Russell earned a Master of Science in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
