Fred Lay

Fred Lay possesses extensive experience in the flooring industry, currently serving as a sales representative at McSwain Carpets & Floors since August 2010. Responsibilities include estimating flooring projects and ensuring that the correct materials and transitions are provided for proper installation. Prior to this role, Fred Lay worked at Tim Hogan's in various capacities, starting as an Installation Manager from 1991 to 1994, where job scheduling and crew management were key responsibilities. Later, as a Sales Consultant from June 1995 to October 2001, Fred Lay focused on managing accounts, service needs, and product and project estimating in the commercial sector.
