Christian Ioannou

Christian Ioannou serves as the Group CEO and Managing Director of MCTC Marine Ltd, a company focused on maritime catering management and culinary training since April 2013. Under Christian's leadership, MCTC has developed specialized training programs for cooks and messmen aboard merchant vessels. Prior to this role, Christian held various positions including Training Supervisor at Intership Navigation Co. Ltd, Catering Manager at V Ships Catering Ltd, and Chief Cook at both Carob Mill restaurants and Columbia 5 Star Deluxe Resort. Christian's culinary career began as a Cook Apprentice at Bayerischer Hof 5 Star Hotel. Christian holds a Hotel Management Diplom from the Bavaria Hotel Management Institute, reflecting expertise in hotel management and culinary arts.
