With a strong background in global operations and catering training, Kyriacos has progressed through various roles at MCTC, including Director of Global Operations and Head of Catering & Training. Prior to MCTC, Kyriacos worked as Head Chef at Makou food & sea and as a freelance chef. Experience also includes a chef position at Mouson Bistro and a long tenure as an Internal Auditor at the Bank of Cyprus. Academic credentials consist of diplomas in Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry Arts from City & Guilds London and ICCA Dubai.
