Terry Davies is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in heavy and highway construction, predominantly within the framework of PennDOT projects. Currently serving as a Resident Engineer at STV since March 2017, Terry oversees the Hawk Fall bridge replacement project on the PA Turnpike Northeast Extension. Previous roles include TCM at McTish, Kunkel & Associates, and PM/Estimator at HRI, INC., where management of multiple contracts with PennDOT in several districts was emphasized. Additional experience encompasses positions as an engineer at Minichi, Inc. and earlier roles at companies such as American Infrastructure and Balfour Beatty Construction, covering various engineering, cost, and schedule responsibilities on significant projects. Terry began a professional career as an engineering assistant during an internship at the Delaware River Port Authority and has a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Drexel University, earned in 1997.
