Renee Heinz-Dillon

Renee Heinz-Dillon has experience working in telecommunications and sales support. From 2000 to 2004, they worked at First Communications as a Quality Control staff. In 2004, they joined MCTV as a Telephony Provisioning & Sales Support, where they served as a liaison between MCTV and Sprint Communications, monitoring orders, addressing issues, and coordinating system releases. Prior to that, they also worked at Massillon Cable TV in a telecommunications role.

Renee Heinz-Dillon attended Northwest from 1986 to 1989, where they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Following that, they attended Cleveland State University from 1990 to 1993, where they studied Business & Art.
