Aly Essam

Aly Essam is a skilled mechanical engineer with a Bachelor’s degree from Ain Shams University, graduated in 2020. Current experience as a Systems Design Engineer at MCV - Manufacturing Commercial Vehicles since January 2021 follows a role as a Research and Development Engineer at EMAR For Integrated Solutions, where contributions included product design and reverse engineering. Previous leadership positions include Vehicle Manufacturing Team Leader at ASU Racing Team, overseeing project management and team guidance, and participation as a Design for Manufacturing Engineer at SAR Electric, focusing on manufacturability of designs. In addition, Aly has held roles in safety compliance and technical support within electric vehicle rallies and gained early experience through internships and volunteer work in manufacturing and media.
