Previously, Emad has held significant positions such as PSD service section head and field service engineer at the same company, along with various roles including Senior Engineer, Assistant Workshop Manager, and Operations Manager in different organizations. Emad's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Cairo University, completed in 1997.
