Pola Ezzat

Pola Ezzat has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Pola started their most recent position as a Compensation Section Head at MCV - Manufacturing Commercial Vehicles in October 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Compensation Specialist at the same company from January 2020 to October 2023. Earlier in their career, they held roles as a Payroll Analyst and Human Resources Specialist at System One from September 2018 to January 2020 and from August 2016 to January 2020, respectively. Pola also briefly worked as a Property Consultant at Elite brokerage service in April and May 2016. Pola Ezzat completed their education history with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from El Asher University. Pola studied at El Asher University from 2008 to 2014. Prior to that, from 1995 to 2008, they attended Own Heliopolis Language School and graduated with an Egyptian Thanaweya Amma degree in Mathematics.

In addition to their formal education, Pola Ezzat has obtained several certifications. Pola completed the HRM Compensations, Benefits and Pay Rate Strategy course from the MCV - Manufacturing Commercial Vehicles institution in March 2021. In February 2020, they completed the Social Insurance Law course, also from MCV - Manufacturing Commercial Vehicles. Furthermore, in October 2019, they completed the Managing Employee Compensation course from the University of Minnesota.
