Scott Vollmer

Scott Vollmer currently serves as the General Manager of Dairy Block at McWHINNEY, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Vollmer was the Director of Property Operations at Milender White from August 2019 to June 2024. From November 2014 to August 2019, Vollmer operated as the Operations Manager for the Union Market District at EDENS : Connective Retail, overseeing a significant mixed-use commercial property with numerous tenants and event spaces. Previous experience includes roles as the Director of Outlets at W Hotels and Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Waldorf Astoria Hotel, where comprehensive management of food and beverage services was key. Vollmer began a career in catering and special events as the Director at Flik International for Bloomberg from 2005 to 2011. Educational qualifications include a degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson State College and an accelerated course in Food and Beverage Operations from New York University.
