Matt Applegate

Matt Applegate has diverse work experience starting from 2015. Matt began as a Camera Operator at Reading Fightin Phils and later worked at Reading Royals in the same role. In 2016, they interned at the Washington Redskins and also worked as a Property Manager at WASHINGTON DC FIVE STAR VACATION RENTALS LLC. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Sales Associate at McWilliams|Ballard. In 2020, they became a Licensed Real Estate Broker at Coldwell Banker, where they gained expertise in new development and general brokerage. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Director at McWilliams|Ballard, which they started in March 2023.

Matt Applegate completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronic Media at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania from 2013 to 2016.
