Sylvia Mader is a seasoned sales manager with extensive experience in luxury urban home sales, currently serving at McWilliams|Ballard since August 2015. Previously, Sylvia held various sales management roles at EYA, LLC from January 2004 to August 2015, overseeing high-end properties with price ranges from $200,000 to $4,000,000, and receiving multiple accolades including Sales Manager of the Year and finalist honors for Sales/Construction Team of the Year. Earlier in their career, Sylvia was the Director of Catering Sales at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Westin Hotels & Resorts, where notable achievements included recognition as Marketing Sales Manager of the Year and an extensive role representing the company in Japan.
