Rick Baxter is the Managing Partner at Gladius Partners, a boutique private equity firm focused on partnering with well-established, profitable mid-market businesses in the Pacific Northwest, a position held since 2017. They also serve as a Director for multiple companies, including Thermo King of British Columbia Inc., MD Charlton Co. Ltd., NDL Industries Inc., PNP Pharmaceuticals Inc., and Agora Energy Technologies. Previously, Rick was the President & CEO of West Coast Air from 1998 to 2011 and held the role of CEO & Director at Parkit Enterprise Inc. from 2012 to 2016.
