Currently serving as the Global Vice President of Quality Management and Prokurist at MD ELEKTRONIK GmbH since January 2012, Hentschel has a strong background in managing quality and environmental systems, having previously held the position of Leitung Qualitäts- und Umweltmanagement/Facility Management at Daimler AG from April 1999 to December 2011. Hentschel's career at MD ELEKTRONIK GmbH also includes the role of Qualitätsmanager from December 1996 to December 1998. Educational qualifications include a Dipl. Ing. (FH) in Verfahrenstechnik from Fachhochschule München and a TQM Auditor certification from Staufen Akademie.
