David Steffler

Vice President Business Performance at MD Financial Management

David Steffler has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. David began their career as a Portfolio Manager at Carroll Financial in 1999. In 2004, they joined Deloitte as a Senior Consultant. After working at Deloitte for four years, David joined MD Financial Management as the AVP of the Program Management Office from 2008 to 2009.

At MD Financial Management, David held various leadership roles, starting as the VP of Channel Services from 2010 to 2011. During their tenure, they re-engineered the voice channel team and implemented the Advisory Service Team, resulting in significant cost savings and improved client satisfaction.

From 2012 to 2016, David served as the Vice President, Central Canada, and was responsible for managing operations in the region.
