Lynn Laidlaw is responsible for transforming business strategies into sales and executive accountabilities across MD’s sales team, leading key sales initiatives, and overseeing various resources, tools and processes that enable the sales force at MD to deliver growth. Lynn guides a diverse team that provides enhanced support across all lines of business. Her team’s areas include financial planning, business risk, compensation and performance management, business analysis, sales planning, and training and development. Lynn believes that a collaborative environment is crucial to her team’s success and draws on subject matter experts to elevate performance on a national level.
Lynn has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. She began her career at MD in leadership roles in sales, sales strategy, sales enablement and business performance.
