Lynette Rooney Assoc CIPD has extensive experience in administrative and executive support roles, currently serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO and MD at M D Insurance Services Ltd since June 2012. Previous positions include Head of Administration and PA at Smallbone of Devizes Limited from 2007 to 2012, and various roles in sales support, administration, and reception at companies such as Total Firestopping Systems Limited and XD Design and Construction. Lynette’s career began at Betesh Fox & Co Solicitors and Savage Designs, where foundational administrative skills were developed. Lynette holds a Level 3 Certificate in Human Resources Practice from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, earned at West Cheshire College from 2016 to 2017, and attended MGHS from 1980 to 1984.
