Prior to starting their own company, Heil worked for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Northern California Chapter, Cattaneo & Stroud, Inc., and MD Ranger, Inc. Michael has extensive experience in the healthcare industry and is passionate about helping others receive the best care possible. Heil is a dedicated professional who is always looking for new ways to improve the healthcare system.

Michael Heil's educational career includes a BA in Japanese Religion & Literature from Stanford University and an MHS in Health Administration & Planning from The Johns Hopkins University.
