Connie R. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Connie started their career as an Operations Manager at Realty Advantage, where they gained experience in various areas such as administrative, sales, accounting, marketing, and employee relations. Connie then moved on to work as the Owner of WBNS, where they managed all online sales accounts and marketing efforts.

After that, Connie joined AP Wireless Infrastructure Partners, LLC as the International Director of Acquisitions & Site Development. In this role, they were responsible for originating and acquiring wireless infrastructure assets in Canada. Connie prepared market research, investment proposals, and negotiated pricing and contracts.

Connie then joined Md7, where they held multiple roles. As a Consultant, they oversaw various projects involving market research, proposal drafting, lease contract review, and continued service to clients. Connie also assessed and improved workflow stages and provided coaching and training. Connie later became a Project Lead, where they shadowed and learned various systems and lease administration processes. Connie prepared analysis, offered methods of improvement, provided formal training, and created manuals for internal use.

In between their time at Md7, Connie worked at Singles On Main LLC as an Operations Manager and Senior Sales Executive. Connie cultivated relationships, negotiated contracts, and managed matchmakers and protocol compliance.

Connie R. completed their high school education at Grosse Pointe South High School from 1986 to 1988. Connie then attended University Liggett School from 1988 to 1990, where they earned their High School Diploma. Connie went on to Michigan State University and obtained a B.A. degree in General Business Administration, completing their studies in 1996.
