Louie Nilsson

Louie Nilsson's most recent work experience is as a Contract Specialist at MD7, starting in June 2022. In this role, they manage complex lease agreements for Verizon Wireless Network Real Estate, utilizing software systems for document generation and workflow management. Louie works remotely with lessors, property managers, and accounting departments in a fast-paced environment.

Prior to that, from October 2021 to May 2022, Louie worked as a Financial Service Representative at HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union. Louie provided excellent customer service by performing banking transactions accurately and efficiently while building customer relationships. Louie also used product knowledge and cross-selling to meet members' needs and achieve financial goals, while adhering to banking regulations and compliance.

From November 2019 to November 2020, Louie served as the Chapter President of Phi Gamma Delta - Chi Lambda Chapter at UCSD. In this role, they oversaw all fraternity operations and actively participated in meetings with the IFC council to discuss the UCSD Sorority and Fraternity community. Louie successfully raised over $10,000 for Campaign Zero, a non-profit organization focused on reducing police violence.

Louie also has experience as a Non-Clinical Operations Intern at King's College Hospital in Dubai during July 2019-August 2019. Louie worked closely with the Director of Non-Clinical Operations, contributing to key business metrics and property management. Louie reviewed financial accounting and identified discrepancies.

Earlier, from January 2018 to April 2019, Louie worked as a Mail Carrier at UC San Diego, where they distributed mail to residences and businesses. Louie also trained new staff on mail routes and parcel organization and provided customer assistance regarding mail pick-up times, postal regulations, and delivery costs.

Additionally, in April 2017, Louie interned as a Strategic Initiative Intern for the University of California San Diego: Housing Dining and Hospitality. In this role, they shadowed the Director of Strategic Initiative, gaining experience in property management and producing memorandums of understanding for student initiatives.

Louie Nilsson obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business with a specialization in Business/Managerial Economics from UC San Diego. Louie attended the university from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their high school education and earned a High School Diploma from The Preuss School UC San Diego from 2013 to 2017.
