Marc Augustin

Marc Augustin has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Marc started their career in 2006 as a Duty Manager at 4* Maldron Hotel Cardiff Lane. In 2007, they worked as a Front Office Manager at 3* Comfort Inn Granby Row and Smithfield. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Reservation Agent at Hotel Isaacs. In 2010, they briefly worked as a Senior Receptionist at 5* Landhaus zu den Rothen Forellen before joining Stream Global Services as a Site Quality Analyst. At Stream Global Services, they were responsible for preparing monthly quality reports for Nikon Global, creating and maintaining internal reports for Microsoft, HP, and Nikon, and tracking and analyzing customer satisfaction on a daily basis for all clients. In 2014, they joined Md7 as a Lease Consultant, and later took on the roles of Project Manager from 2016 to 2018 and Program Manager D-A-C-H & Russia from January 2019 till present.

Marc Augustin has a diverse education history. In 2001, they attended Merkur Akademie International Halle/Saale for two years, where they pursued a degree in International Tourism Assistant. Following this, they enrolled at New College Durham from 2003 to 2004 to obtain a BA (Hons) in Management, Business & Administration.
