Gayané Elibekian

Gayan Wickramasinghe currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at GRI, overseeing IT strategy and implementation across global operations since August 2023. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, Gayan previously contributed as a committee member of the FHA CIO Forum and held the CIO position at Alliance Finance Company PLC, where responsibilities included managing the ICT strategy for the oldest finance company in Sri Lanka. Other notable roles include Chief Technology Officer at Abans Finance PLC, IT Consultant at Abans Group, and Chief Information Technology Officer at CA Sri Lanka, where Gayan was instrumental in developing and managing ICT initiatives for the accounting profession. Gayan's career began in project management at Open World and research at British Telecom. Academic qualifications include a BSc in Engineering from the University of Moratuwa and an MBA from Manipal International University, among other certifications.
