Alan Richard Jr. has extensive experience in sales and customer service management, currently serving as Inside Sales Manager and Parts Proposal Manager at MD&A since May 2021. Previously, Alan managed customer service operations at Core Tech Industrial Corp from August 2016 to March 2021, where responsibilities included sales order management and resolution of customer issues. Alan spent 14 years at Intersource Management Group as a Global Account Manager, overseeing accounts worth over $7 million annually, and supervising a team of six associates. Earlier roles include sales positions at Gexpro and Jerico Associates, where account management and global sales support were key responsibilities. Alan holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Spanish Language Studies from Siena College and has prior education in Law from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
