Heather Rolston

Heather Rolston is a professional with experience in various roles related to human resources, workforce development, and education. Currently, Heather is working at MDA National as a Culture, Change & Capability Manager. Prior to this, Heather has worked at Waikato Regional Council and Inspiration Education in different capacities. Heather is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Digital Transformation at Massey University. Heather's academic background includes a Bachelor of Financial Business Analysis/Bachelor of Social Sciences degree from The University of Waikato and a Bachelor of Business Studies/Bachelor of Arts degree from Auckland University of Technology.
