Shahana Datta is an experienced professional with a robust background in underwriting and customer service. Currently serving as Underwriting Manager at MDA National since November 2009, Shahana previously held the position of Senior Underwriter. Prior to MDA National, Shahana worked at Medical Indemnity Protection Society Ltd (MIPS) as Technical Manager from January 2004 to October 2009, and at Citicorp as Customer Service Manager from January 1997 to January 2001, where responsibilities included delivering exceptional customer service to Gold account holders of Citibank. Shahana holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Jadavpur University, completed between 1994 and 1997.
