Steve Sheppard

Steve Sheppard is currently the Chief Operating Officer at MDA National. He previously held the position of Director at ConnectWorks Consulting. Steve also worked at ANZ as the Managing Director of Direct Channels and GM Marketing, as well as at ING Australia as the Executive Director of Strategy & Corporate Affairs. Additionally, he was the Head of Brand & Marketing at ING. Steve has a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW, and completed an Executive Development Programme at Columbia University. He also holds a Certificate in Direct Marketing from the Australian Direct Marketing Association (ADMA).
