Alan Nelson

Alan Nelson is a mechanical engineering professional with extensive experience in design and technical roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Mechanical MTS at MDA since January 2023, Alan previously worked as a Mechanical Designer at Husky Injection Molding Systems from November 2017 to January 2023. Additional experience includes a position as an Investment Team Member at Richardson GMP and an Engineering Assistant at Cooper Standard. Prior roles also encompass an Engineering Co-op Student at Sleeman Breweries Ltd. and a Process Specialist Technician Co-op at Maple Leaf Foods Inc. Alan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Honours Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo and is a graduate of Mayfield Secondary School with a focus on Regional Arts Drama.
