Atena Pouran

Atena Pouran, MEng., currently serves as Team Lead and Senior Member of Technical Staff in Systems Engineering at MDA Space since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Team Lead and Senior Systems Engineer at OSI Maritime Systems, where responsibilities encompassed project leadership and the development of marine systems. Previous positions include Manager of Production & Technical Services at Pratt & Whitney Canada, Avionics & Cabin Systems Integrator Engineer at Bombardier, and Avionics Design Engineer/Project Manager at Innotech Aviation. Atena holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Concordia University and has a strong background in technical investigations, systems integration, and project management within the aerospace and maritime sectors. Key contributions involve the development of cabin and avionics systems along with supplier management and collaboration on complex engineering projects.
