Beth Lymer

Beth Lymer, Ph.D., currently serves as a System Design Engineer at MDA since August 2023. Prior experience includes a research Ph.D. student role at York University's Lassonde School of Engineering from May 2019 to July 2023, and project management of the Canadian Arctic Research Expedition at SEDS Canada from October 2018 to January 2021. Previous internships include collections management at the Royal Ontario Museum and the Ontario Science Centre. Beth Lymer has contributed to various research initiatives at York University and has served as a teaching assistant at both York and Dalhousie Universities. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Earth and Space Science from York University, a Master's degree in Museology/Museum Studies from the University of Toronto, and a Master’s Degree in Earth and Space Science from York University. Beth Lymer also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Honours Earth Science from Dalhousie University.
