Mike Berger

Mike Berger is a seasoned professional in operations management with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at MDA since October 2021, Mike previously held the position of Director of Operations at Wescam INC., a division of L3Harris Technologies, leading operations engineering, production, and service from April 2021 to October 2021. With a tenure at L3 WESCAM from 2000 to April 2021, Mike directed over 120 operations engineers and successfully launched a strategic plan involving six priorities. Mike's earlier roles included significant contributions to new product introduction and supplier quality, including the transformation of manufacturing engineering teams and the overhaul of supplier management processes. Mike holds a diploma from Niagara College, earned between 1996 and 1999.
