Amy Padolf serves as the Director of Education at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden, leading science education programs that engage over 150,000 students annually. Responsibilities include overseeing the award-winning Fairchild Challenge, which delivers STEM-based programs to over 125,000 PreK-12th grade students. Amy is also a PhD candidate in Teaching and Learning, focusing on STEM Education at Florida International University. Additionally, Amy works as a consultant for MDB, Inc., developing a Community Engagement Strategy for the United States Botanic Garden. Previous experience includes positions such as Director of Operations at Miami Children's Museum, Director of Education at National Aviary, and Adjunct Professor at Chatham College.
