Mas Ayu Ruslan has worked in the Human Resources field since 2004. Her most recent role is Senior Executive Human Resources at Mdc Asia Link Berhad, starting in 2021. Prior to that, they were Human Resources Executive at MAS AWANA from 2019-2021. From 2018-2019, they were Human Resources Executive at Zenshin Industries Sdn Bhd, where they administered and created transactions in the ERP system (Ingress & Timesoft) and prepared payroll. From 2017-2018, they were Human Resources Assistant (GHR) at the World Health Organization, where they administered and created transactions in the ERP system (Oracle). From 2014-2017, they were HR Exec at DS Freight Services Sdn Bhd, where they handled compensation and benefits. From 2013-2014, they were Finance Administrative Assistant at Coca-Cola Refreshment Malaysia Sdn Bhd, where they performed analytical support and audited customer rebates claims. From 2011-2013, they were Assistant Supervisor at Tasco Berhad and Coca-Cola Refreshment (M) Sdn Bhd, where they were in charge of billing for the trucking department and data entry in operations. From 2010-2011, they were HR/Admin Asst at MBf Printing Industry Sdn Bhd, where they administered and reviewed appointments. From 2005-2010, they were Human Resource Executive at JENKO TRADING SDN BHD, where they handled all Human Resource general tasks. Finally, from 2004-2005, they were Recruitment Executive at EP ENGINEERING SDN. BHD., where they searched for manpower for the related position that needed at the oil and gas company in Malaysia or overseas.

Mas Ayu Ruslan has a two-year education history. In 2001, they began their post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management at Strategic Business School in Malaysia, which they completed in 2002. During the same period, they also completed a professional certificate in Mechanic Technology Electronic Industry at utmkl (mlvk) in Malaysia.
