Rafał Kran is a licensed tax advisor who has specialized in real estate tax and cost segregation since becoming a tax consultant in 2014. Currently serving as a manager in the real estate department at MDDP, Rafał has led significant tax optimization projects and is also a tax trainer. Previously, Rafał held roles as a tax consultant and manager at Accreo Taxand and Crido Taxand, where they worked on litigation and tax refund proceedings related to real estate transactions. Rafał holds a Master’s degree in public administration from Uniwersytet Mikołaja Kopernika w Toruniu and is currently pursuing further education in ESG business models at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
