Renata Dluska is a seasoned legal and tax professional with extensive experience in employment, pensions, and tax advisory services. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Employment & Pensions at Osborne Clarke in Poland since March 2022, Renata has been the Owner of MDDP Michalik Dluska Dziedzic & Partners since September 2004. Previous experience includes a Partner role at EY from July 1996 to August 2004, specializing in transfer pricing, M&A, and corporate income tax. Renata holds two Master's degrees from the University of Warsaw, one in Neophilology with a focus on the Arabic language, and another in Law and Administration.
