Jean-Luc Fringeli

Jean-Luc Fringeli serves as Managing Director at Mdesign Solutions Pte Ltd since January 2020, focusing on advancing services in product design and manufacturing of medical devices and consumer goods. In January 2023, Jean-Luc became Managing Director for BluAct Asia, introducing innovative water filtration technology to the Asian market. Additionally, Jean-Luc leads product development and compliance at Gill Lab, which addresses PPE shortages amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Prior to these roles, Jean-Luc held various positions at Philip Morris International, managing mechanical development and high-value projects for IQOS products, and at Johnson & Johnson, leading supply chain initiatives. Jean-Luc's earlier experience includes roles at Sempra Energy, CommNexus, and Alturius, alongside project management positions in medical device manufacturing. Jean-Luc holds an MBA from the University of California, San Diego, and has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences, Switzerland.
