Mukta Uday is a seasoned Account Manager with extensive experience in customer success and account management across various industries. Currently at mdf commerce since September 2022, Mukta builds on previous roles at OnlineMedEd and Mansion Ecommerce, where growth in institutional customers and strategic account management were significant achievements. At OnlineMedEd, Mukta excelled in expanding institutional customers from 10 to over 60, serving as a trusted advisor. Prior to that, Mukta demonstrated leadership and metrics-driven success at Mansion Ecommerce, focusing on customer satisfaction and account growth. As a Technical Account Manager at Cadence Design Systems, Mukta was responsible for customer satisfaction and the transition to new technologies. Mukta holds an MBA in Global Business from San José State University.
