Wilber Ovalle

Wilber Ovalle, MPA, CAMS, currently serves as Compliance Manager at MDG Design & Construction since March 2024. Prior to this role, Wilber worked at Mega Contracting Group as LABOR COMPLIANCE, enhancing worker onboarding processes focused on operational efficiency. Wilber has a background in law enforcement as a police officer with the New York City Police Department, where community engagement and de-escalation techniques were emphasized.
