Kacia R. is an experienced creative leader currently serving as Associate Creative Director at mdg since February 2013, where responsibilities include bridging strategy and creativity to develop impactful campaigns across various channels. Previous roles at mdg include Group Director, Creative, and Managing Art Director, focusing on comprehensive campaign execution and team leadership. Before joining mdg, Kacia held the position of Creative Director at dmc advertising, where numerous 360º advertising campaigns were initiated, and also served as Production Manager at both dmc advertising and Bluetorch. Kacia's early career included graphic design and typesetting roles at Jansson, Inc. Kacia holds a Master of Arts in Design Strategy + Innovation from Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Saint Anselm College.
