Michael Loffredo

Michael Loffredo is currently working as an Associate - Capital Markets at MDH Partners, a real estate private equity firm in Atlanta, GA. Prior to this, Michael was an MBA Candidate at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, where Michael excelled as a Vetter's Dean's Fellow Scholarship Recipient and held leadership roles in various clubs. Their experience also includes roles at Crescent Communities, Gray, The Walsh Group, Clark Construction Group, RPM Development Group, and SoftGrid (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., where Michael gained valuable skills in project management, procurement, analysis, and urban design. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honors from Cornell University.
