Alan W. Kornberg

Alan Kornberg is a partner at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York City and chairs the Bankruptcy and Corporate Reorganization Department.

Mr. Kornberg received his A.B., magna cum laude from Brandeis University and his J.D. from the New York University School of Law. He has extensive expertise serving on the boards of small nonprofit organizations. He is the former Chairman of the Board of Bennington College and understands both the challenges and opportunities presented to small organizations. Mr. Kornberg resides in New York City and Castine, Maine.
