She is also the one who is resposible for recruiting most of the employees in MDI for the last couple of years. From a little Capital Ventures with less people and now has more employees than before. Joining MDI from 2019 in human resources department, she handled and managed all of human capital line of work, now she is entrusted to become Manager of Human Capital Service of MDI Ventures, managing compensation & benefit, employees recruitment and organizational structure.
