Ralph Benedict Maglaya

Ralph Benedict Maglaya possesses extensive experience in project management and team leadership, currently serving as a Scrum Master at Novare Technologies since February 2018. Prior to this role, Ralph held the position of Project Manager at Globe Telecom from February 2016 to February 2018, and worked as a Business Analyst at Indra Philippines from November 2006 to January 2015. Ralph began their career as a Bank Officer at Citibank, N.A. from October 2005 to October 2006. Educationally, Ralph earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Ateneo de Manila University, completing studies in 2005.
