Tam-Chinh Pham

Tam-Chinh Pham serves as a Staff Accountant in the Finance and Accounting function. She has many years of experience in accounting, cash management, budgeting and forecasting. Prior to joining MDIC, she had worked in the fields of IT, energy, entertainment, commercial and residential real estate. Tam-Chinh received a Bachelor of Science degree from George Washington University in Finance and Economics and a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from Georgetown University.
