Mohammad Musharraf

Mohammad Musharraf is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager of HR at MDIndia Health Insurance TPA Pvt Ltd since September 2008, Mohammad leads a team of over 30 personnel and oversees various HR operations, including payroll, compensation and benefits management, taxation, and compliance, while ensuring the timely processing of salaries for approximately 6000 employees. Prior to this role, Mohammad contributed to the HR and administration functions at Tech Mahindra Ltd. and AXA Business Services Pvt. Ltd. Additionally, Mohammad holds a PGDBA in Human Resources Management and a PGDBA in Financial Planning and Services from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
