Joanna Long MA FCIPD has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. In 1992, they began their career at ESL Defence Ltd as the Head of HR and remained in that position until 2008. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as an HR Executive at Cobham Surveillance. Following this, they joined Aramark UK Limited as an HRBP - Mid Hants from 2010 to 2012. Joanna then worked at Barclays Bank plc as a Regional HR Manager from 2012 to 2013. Joanna went on to become the Head of Human Resources at Marina Developments Ltd in 2015 and currently holds the position of Group Head of HR at Yattendon Group Plc, starting in 2022. Joanna has accumulated a wealth of experience in HR roles throughout their career.
Joanna Long MA FCIPD completed their Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Solent University in 2009.
