Starting as a yacht repair and maintenance worker, John worked their way up to become a crane operator and later transitioned into the role of Marina Manager at MDL Marinas Ltd and Shepperton Marina Ltd. Prior to their career in the marine industry, John served as a Warfare Specialist in the Royal Navy. With over a decade of experience in marina operations, John has proven himself to be a valuable asset in the marine industry.
