We are an independent Strategy and Management Consulting firm based in London (UK) We focus on helping mid-sized companies grow their revenues by (a) identifying and articulating opportunities relating to new markets, customers, products / services and channels to market, and (b) helping develop the internal capabilities to support that growth Where relevant, we help companies finance their growth plans by securing public financing through channels such as the Regional Growth Fund We also work with Private Equity and Venture Capital firms in identifying mid-sized investment opportunities, assisting with commercial Due Diligence, helping unlock the value of a recent acquisition or preparing a portfolio company for disposal Our value proposition rests on the following four pillars: - Responsiveness to client needs.
